    This number includes also astrometry of 46 newly discovered potentially hazardous asteroid - 1998BY7, 1998BB10, confirmation of 1998CS1, 1998DV9, 1998FG2, 1998FW4, confirmation of 1998FH12, confirmation of 1998FF14, 1998HL1, 1998HE3, 1998HJ3, 1998HL3, confirmation of 1998HD14, confirmation of 1998HT31, 1998KM3, 1998KN3, confirmation of 1998KJ9, 1998MZ, 1998ML14, 1998OH, 1998OR2, confirmation of 1998QP,1998QA1, confirmation of 1998QC1, 1998QK28, 1998QS52, 1998QA62, 1998SH2, confirmation of 1998SU4, 1998SY14, confirmation of 1998SC15, confirmation of 1998ST27, 1998SF36, 1998SH36, 1998SS49, 1998SJ70, 1998UT18, 1998VO, 1998VS, 1998WT, 1998WZ1, confirmation of 1998WB02, 1998WT24, 1998XN2, 1998XX2, 1998XD12.

    Many of observations of NEOs were published in MPECs.

    The 1998 statistics shows that the Klet' Observatory was the second most prolific site producing astrometry of PHAs and NEAs published in Minor Planet Electronic Circulars, the LINEAR project was the first.
