(28220) York = 1998 YN12
Discovered 1998 Dec. 28 by J. Tichá and M. Tichý at Kleť.
York, the capital of northern England for more than 2000 years, is an impressive
city with a surviving historical center. The most fascinating medieval building
is the York Minster, a large cathedral with several fine stained-glass windows
from medieval times.
